1.
List 3 things that fill your personal space most prominently.

Things that aren't important to you likely either get trashed or stored.
Things that are important to you are often kept where you can see them.

e.g: photos, trophies, books, decorations, furniture, souvenirs, etc.

2.
List 3 things you spend most of your time on.

We always make time for the things that are truly important to us.
If you don’t have time for something, it's because you're too busy doing what is actually important to you.
List things that energize you, rather than things that drain you.

e.g: working, writing, reading, chatting with family, cooking, etc.

3.
List 3 things (or categories of things) you tend to spend your money on.

You always find money for things that are valuable to you.
Conversely, you rarely want to part with your money for things that are not important to you.

e.g: clothes, sports equipment, electronics, car accessories, gifts for loved ones, etc.

4.
List 3 activities or relationships where you are most reliable, disciplined and focused.

You never have to be reminded to do the things you value most.
You are inspired from within to do those things, because they are important to you.

e.g: researching, cooking, family relationships, exercising, etc.

5.
What are your 3 most dominant thoughts?

I’m not talking about negative self-talk or distractions. Neither do I mean fantasies, “shoulds,” or “oughts.”
I’m talking about your most common thoughts about how you want your life to be and what you enjoy.

e.g: I'm grateful family is happy, I want to be a better guitar player, I'm excited to see my garden grow.

6.
What are the 3 main things you talk about in social settings?

What topics do you keep wanting to bring into the conversation that nobody has to remind you to talk about?
What subjects turn you into an instant extrovert? Topics that attract you point towards your highest values.

e.g: If you ask people about their kids, you value family. If you say, “How’s business?” perhaps you value work.

7.
What are the 3 things that inspire you the most?

What inspires you now? What has inspired you in the past?
What do the people who inspire you have in common?

e.g: people's willpower, financial success, refusal to quit despite the odds, etc.

8.
What are the 3 topics you love learning or reading about the most?

What piques your interest and inspires you to stay focused without distraction?
What kinds of books do you usually buy for yourself?
What sort of things do you look up consistently?

e.g: health, intellect, willpower, etc.
