I am a minimalist, an online content creator and a coach. I believe that being your authentic self is the path to happiness, which is why I created Happy and Authentic™. My aim is to encourage and guide like-minded people through a journey of self-exploration, so they can connect with the unconditional source of happiness within themselves.
My natural inclination to serve, coupled with years of hands-on experience and training in several therapeutic modalities have led me to achieve a modicum of success as a coach. I try to bring a sense of cheerful curiosity to everything I do. I’m also the first to acknowledge that I'm merely human; flawed and yet perfect, just like you. I sometimes fail in my endeavours, and when that happens, I ask for support. I hope I can encourage you to do the same, if you need assistance with anything in your life.
You have all the answers you will ever need stored within your consciousness. I invite you to explore your inner world in the same way children explore the external world, so you can gain access to those answers. If this comes easily to you, wonderful! If it doesn't, I'd be happy to guide you through the process. I strongly believe that every single one of us has the power to create their own unique dream life, whatever that may be. As long as you remain present and aware, there is no task you can’t achieve.
