 What kind of services do you offer?

I’m a Happiness Strategist. Happiness Strategy is closely related to coaching and often gets confused with therapy and consulting. They are similar, but very different practices. To give you an idea, here's what I DON'T do:

  • I'm not a therapist, a consultant or a doctor, so I won't psychoanalyze you or prescribe medications.
  • I'm not qualified to offer specific advice about your career, your finances or your health. If you have a serious issue that I can't help you with, I'll refer you to the appropriate professional.  

How is Happiness Strategy different from traditional coaching?

Coaches ask you what your goal is, then come up with an action plan and provide you with accountability, so you can follow through - which is great. But, once you reach that goal, the thrill of it wanes and you end up right back where you started. You're still trapped in an endless loop of setting goals and chasing them, hoping that one of them will someday make you happy. 

What I do goes deeper than that. Using the Cognitive Behavioral approach and Solution-Focused strategies, I developed a system called The 90-day Reset Challenge™. It teaches you how to access your most resourceful states and find the happiness within you that's unconditional and can be accessed whether you achieve your goals or not. How much do you charge?

Due to the customized nature of Happiness Strategy sessions, it’s hard to set a fixed price. The process is highly experiential and each program is tailored to the individual. If you’d like a quote, book a free Breakthrough Session and we can discuss your needs.

I offer a variety of options to suit any budget. My programs are available in Individual and Group format. If you'd like to mix and match, feel free to send me a message and we can sort something out that works best for you.

 Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Why do I get redirected to an Intake Form after booking my first session?

Due to the fact that your Breakthrough Session will only last an hour, it's important that we don't spend too much time on questions you already know the answers to. If I can get an idea of who you are and what you want help with before we even begin, I can focus the session on giving you a valuable experience you will benefit from.

You can, of course, choose not to complete the Intake Form. However, you will then have to answer those questions verbally during your session, which will result in less time remaining for the breakthrough portion.
