Breakthrough Sessions:
  • These are complimentary consultations that allow me to help you gain an initial understanding of how you're getting in your own way. Consider it a sample of what you can look forward to, if you decide to sign up.
Once-off Sessions:
  • These are official coaching sessions that include access to my full range of exclusive Insight Framework™ techniques, worksheets and self-help material. There's no commitment beyond each stand-alone session, but it doesn't allow you to ask follow-up questions.
On-going Sessions:
  • These are 3-part modules that can be extended upon completion. You set your goal and commit to showing up to every session with a can-do attitude. I commit to responding to your every query within and between sessions. Together we make sure you reach your chosen objective and integrate everything you learn.
Coaching Programs (like The Reset Challenge™)
  • These are 13-week programs that follow an established formula. They are designed to guide you through a specific set of goals. Choose from a selection of themes, ranging from minimalism and relationships to mental and emotional growth. Each week, we'll cover a different module, including exercises to help you integrate every principle. This is the most transformative experience I offer. People who sign up for programs always get better results!
Self-help Programs:
  • These are written guides you can purchase and download from the Store. They allow you to follow a step-by-step process at your own pace. You can also combine them with coaching, for added accountability.
Coaching often gets confused with therapy and counseling. They're similar, but they're very different practices. More specifically, here's what I'm NOT:
  • I'm not a licensed therapist, psychiatrist or doctor, so I'm not qualified to psychoanalyze you or prescribe medications.
  • I'm not a certified financial adviser, nutritionist or career counselor. I can help you make your own decisions about your finances, health and career, but I am not an expert in any of those fields.
If you have a serious issue that I can't help you with, I will refer you to a more appropriate professional.
Traditional coaches generally ask you what your goal is and help you reach it.
  • You tell them what you want, then you and your coach come up with an action plan. They provide you with accountability, so you can follow through with that plan - which is great. But, once you reach your goal, the thrill of it usually wanes and you end up right back where you started. You're still trapped in an endless loop of setting goals and chasing them, hoping that one of them will someday make you happy.
What I do goes deeper than that.
  • Using the Cognitive Behavioral approach and Solution-Focused strategies, I've developed a system called the Exclusive Insight Framework™. It teaches you how to access your most resourceful states to find the happiness within you that's unconditional and can be accessed whether you achieve your goals or not. Once you're free of the mental and emotional clutter that previously hogged your resources, you'll have the clarity to go after your goals without the unhealthy attachment to the result, which ironically helps you achieve them faster.

  • Limited to one per person.
Once-off Sessions
  • Cost: $79/hr*
  • Payment must be made at least 24 hours before the session takes place.
On-going Sessions
  • Cost: $59/hr*
  • Minimum of 3 sessions must be paid for up front to receive 20% discount.
  • Payment must be made at least 24 hours before the first session takes place.

  • All 13 sessions must be paid for up front to receive 40% discount.
  • Payment must be made at least 24 hours before the first session takes place.
Self-help Programs (like The Minimalist Makeover™)
  • Cost: $49.99* $19.99*
  • This is a one-time payment and does not include coaching.
  • Once payment is made, the program can be downloaded and followed at your own pace.

Each coaching session lasts an hour, and I want all 60 of those minutes to be powerful for you. By completing the Intake Form before we begin, you'll be giving me an idea of who you are and what you want help with. That way, I can focus the entire session on giving you a valuable experience you will actually benefit from. You can, of course, choose not to complete the Intake Form. However, you will then have to answer those questions during your session, which will result in less time remaining for the breakthrough portion.
